Kristi Hayes with the Mesta Park Missional Community of Skyline Church is hosting a project. I thought you might want to see how you could help out!

We have developed relationships with these ladies and one lady in particular Dennescia. One way we would like to serve her is providing her an inviting place she can come home to each day. Dennescia has a son named Justice and we would like to spruce up her home as well as give Justice a room he can be proud of. Our missional community plans to help organize, de-clutter and spruce up her home with some new furniture that fits her house as well as a new paint job to make it more warm and enjoyable. Dennescia said to me just recently, that redecorating her house is not just redecorating to her, but it is a new step for her. A step in a new direction and the start of a new journey for her and her son.

Here is how you can help. There are different items we need for her house:

Desk, Book shelves, Dresser drawers for her son’s room, Small kitchen table and chairs (could even be 2), Twin bed with trundle, Bedding for son’s twin bed (Primary colors), Floor lamps, Curtain Rods 82x107 (1), 57x72 (2), Curtains (brown, burgundy, khaki), Khaki paint (3 gallons), Bright blue paint (1 gallon).
