I love working on a team and am fortunate enough to have fantastic partners. It’s not a secret though, being on a team means working with people who have different opinions. 1.Be Honest. Authenticity is in, surface-level “political correctness” is out. Be real. If there is gossip or rumors, squelch them. Be willing to confront one another.
